Bookkeeper & Accountant
You will be solely responsible for the bookkeeping and management reporting for The Yacht Week. NOTE – You must be eligible to work in UK.

We are a fast growing sailing holiday and lifestyle company with a young and lively culture based in Parsons Green, London. Every year we organise events for young people from across the globe to meet up for a week to experience the most epic sailing holiday the world has seen.
You will be running the day-to-day financials of our companies in the UK, Sweden and Croatia. You need strong financial accounting and management skills and you will enjoy everything from presenting management information at board level to running the actual accounts. You need to be well organised and have a fantastic work ethic. Ideally you will have worked in the finance department of a small/medium sized business and appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit.
The company turns over several million pounds and has doubled its turnover yearly since it started. The work environment and tasks change from day to day. You should be prepared for an adventure, not a 9 to 5 job. Working with The Yacht Week will be an amazing experience and there will be a lot of opportunities to develop your position within the company.
We are looking for someone to help build a solid financial platform for the company that can cope with rapid growth and international expansion. This will require full dedication and passion!
We are looking for:

- International experience (running accounts and filing financial accounts in different countries)
- Experience with electronic bookkeeping software

Tasks:
- You will be responsible for the books during the working day
- Bookkeeping using online-based software

- At least 3 years experience of bookkeeping in the UK

- Capacity to understand the underlying business while not forgetting the finer details

Work Environment
You will be based in the London office, however during the following weeks you may be working on site:
Between June and September you may be based (this is optional) on the Crew Boat in Croatia and manage on-site financials.

General Description
A 4 month internship as a Human Resources Assistant with review for an extension through the summer. You need to be a fun and outgoing person, whilst being very organized and love working and “getting things done”. Meeting new people and travel should be one of your passions. Your desk is always tidy and all your papers are always stored in files/folders. The company has doubled its turnover yearly since it started in 2006. - Recruit personnel for the Croatian event taking place this summer
- Act as the main contact for recruitment
- Selecting ideal candidates
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to identify potential candidates
- Planning daily activities for the Croatian event taking place this summer
- Organizing the summer events
- Organizing the respective teams working on each event
- Plan the logistics
If you are successful in filling your duties, you will have the opportunity to be one of the event managers in Croatia this summer.

Country Manager

A Brand Ambassador (BA) will lead a joint marketing campaign in his/her area to help promote The Yacht Week. The BA’s will work along side the Country Manager who has the overall responsibility for marketing and sales.
Working with The Yacht Week is inspirational and requires good social skills as well as know how in marketing and sales. This field of work allows you to put your academic knowledge to work in day to day life.

Are you a rising music video producer star? Let us know… we are currently looking for a talented individual to edit and/or shoot and produce our upcoming trailer content.
We are expecting a trailer equivalent to a Hollywood-produced action blockbuster or music video. Our 2010 trailer has over 1.6 Million views on YouTube. It is critical to have a touch and feel for rhythmical visuals. We only have 90 seconds to reflect the experience and convince the viewer. We promise a great adventure, exciting scenes and a great time.
