How do I book?
It’s easy to book a week of sailing!
1. Pick a week that you want to go ( Croatia 25th of July - 22nd of August or Greece July 18-25)
2. Check out the yachts on Yachts & Prices, click on the name of the boat on your left hand to see pictures and details.
3. Make the booking, 1 booking= 1 boat, all bookings are made per boat.
What details are needed for booking?
To make a booking we need you name, email, birth date, address and phone number!
What happens next?
When you have filled in all details, you will receive a booking confirmation, and a login will be emailed to you. You now have your own page were you can track all the payments, and invoice numbers. The yacht is paid in 3 parts. 1 person pays for the entire boat
20% within 14 days after booking.
30% before April 10th.
50% before July 1st.
*Bookings made later than April 1st are paid according to above (50% within 14 days, if placed between April 1st and July 14th, 100% within 14 days if placed after July 14th)
What if I cancel my booking?
In the case that a charter is cancelled, we as The Yacht Week reserved the right to retain any commissions owing on the charter. The transactions carried out will not be refunded. If the reasons for your cancellation are covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. If cancelling, proceed the payments, and reclaim the amount after full payment is done. The charges that will apply to your cancellation will be specified on the particular operator’s yacht charter contract.
Can we book flights with The Yacht Week?
The Yacht Week is not a travel provider, however we have made some suggestions of airlines, and prepared some search queries Check here.
What if I can’t sail but like the concept?
We can arrange with skipper for those who are in need, that without no extra charge. See details.
There are specific competency requirements for working as a skipper in Greece and Croatia. See details.
Can I pay with credit card?
No, payments are done directly into our Bankgiro. -If you make the payments from abroad, then use the IBAN details (instructions are available at you booking page, account created when booking is completed)
