The Yacht Week is taking you to one of the world’s greatest Spring Break’s experiences — sailing around the British Virgin Islands and the Caribbean’s most stunning setting. We take care of the boat and provide the captain (if you need one). All you need to do is gather your friends, sign-up to join our group of yachts, and prepare for an unforgettable experience.
See our planned itinerary below. All this for less than the price of a hotel room.
| Day 1 - Welcome to the Caribbean! |
As the airplane door opens, you smell the ocean, feel the sun, see the palm trees and suddenly realize that this is paradise in the middle of winter.
- Take a ferry from St. Thomas or a taxi from Beef Island to our marina in Road Town, the capital of the British Virgin Islands.
- Explore the beaches, restaurants, shops, and the slow rhythm of life in the West Indies. This afternoon you will join your yacht in the marina and have the food and drinks that you ordered delivered right to your boat.
- In the evening, we will have a welcome reception in Road Town. You will meet your group and make new friends from other boats.
- We stay overnight on our yachts in the marina and get ready for a morning departure to our next island.
| Day 2 - Norman Island |
- Depart Road Town in the morning to cross Sir Francis Drake Channel and reach Norman Island. We anchor in the Bight.
- Treasure Point and the nearby caves offer spectacular snorkeling, with stunning coral and fish.
- After dinner and rum drinks at Pirate’s Bight restaurant on the beach, spend the rest of the night at the Willie T – a 30 meter schooner that is now a famous bar.
| Day 3 - Virgin Gorda - Spanishtown |
- Sail to the southwest of Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths, the unusual rock formations that have created a famous snorkeling area and beach.
- We will anchor overnight in Spanishtown, a large village that was once the capital of the BVI. The harbor has many restaurants nearby and we will have access to many excellent bars for the night.
| Day 4 - North Sound |
- Sail north to the end of Virgin Gorda and anchor in the North Sound, one of the most beautiful settings in the Caribbean. We will visit either Bitter End Yacht Club or Leverick Bay. Sir Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island, is visible from this bay.
- The North Sound is an ideal place to relax, snorkel, hike ashore, and enjoy other water sports.
| Day 5 - Marina Cay or Trellis Bay |
- Sail west to the edge of Tortola and spend the day and night in either Marina Cay or Trellis Bay.
- The community of Trellis Bay has terrific restaurants, little shops, and a vibrant little island called with the Last Resort bar.
- Marina Cay has a spectacular view from the hilltop, including great happy hours and a couple of good restaurants. The coral behind Marina Cay has terrific snorkeling.
| Day 6 – Jost van Dyke |
- We head to the island of Jost van Dyke and anchor in Great Harbour for Foxy’s bar. The next bay has the famous Soggy Dollar Bar and the painkiller cocktails that are known all over the world. Relax at Ivan’s Stress Free Bar, just a short stoll down the beach, and have lunch at One Love Bar and Grill while listening to live music
| Day 7 - Cane Garden Bay |
- The beaches on Cane Garden Bay on Tortola are some of the nicest in the BVI. We can spend the day relaxing on the beach or at one of the beach bars.
- Once ashore, there are plenty of options for great restaurants, water sports, snorkeling, and shops along the northern coast of Tortola.
| Day 8 - Return |
- We return in the morning to the marina in Roadtown and exit the boats by noon. There is still plenty to see in the town, with restaurants, shops and swimming to complete your stay in the British Virgin Islands.
- Anyone with an early flight departure will be able to travel early to the airport and be there on time.
