Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Europe Sales Manager is responsible for the overall strategy implementation and delivery of sales revenue and execution of marketing initiatives within the core business areas of ETV including Fort George, TSW, TYW, Y&F and all future products within the assigned territory. The goal will be to achieve company objectives, maximum revenue, and visibility, while ensuring a consistent message and positioning for the brands across all channels.
The Europe Sales Manager in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, will build a strong, market competitive Europe sales team and provide coaching/leadership development to up and coming talent in order to support growth as well as enhancing brand equity and awareness within the European markets.

As an integral member of the Development Team, you will have important role delivering the online sector including websites, boat synchronisation, platforms for yachting agencies, administration panels and skipper management systems. As a Senior Developer, you will influence all products from planning to delivering.

The primary role of the Sales & Customer Service Assistant is to provide the highest standards of service, guidance and support to our guests. From the point of enquiry right the way through to returning home, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant must ensure our guests have the best week of their lives.
Additionally, they will identify potential guest leads and assist them through the booking experience by advising on yachts, cabins, destinations and experiences, whilst enabling changes and providing all the information guests need for their week. As the main point of contact, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant must be readily available to ensure that guests are guaranteed accurate and prompt communication before, during and after the event.
Due to the nature of the business, the applicant is expected to cover evenings and weekends from 10am to 6pm and potentially some evenings during the week until 9pm. Of course, in return for working irregular hours you would be granted the equivalent time off in lieu.
This is a real opportunity to grow sales and the business, therefore, it is important that the successful candidate understands and accepts this aspect of the role.

The first trip is an unpaid position, but trust us, it's worth doing even if you normally wouldn't work for free. An epic experience sailing the Mediterranean and/or Caribbean with the coolest bunch of people is totally worth it! But if we, and our Facebook followers, love your work, the chances of money in your pocket next time are very high.
We are looking for strong candidates who have the ability to take care of and grow The Yacht Week community in their area. The ideal person will be able to walk into a room full of people and come away knowing everyone’s name having convinced at least half of them that their next adventure will be upon a sailing yacht in a stunning location surrounded my like-minded people from all over the world.
The basis of the role is about forming meaningful, lasting relationships amongst those who are open to unforgettable experiences. How this is achieved is down to the Community Manager, so we are looking for strong independent characters with plenty of creativity and a good business sense.

The role is truly a case of what you put in, you will get out. We expect you to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in your local city/market and keep in regular communication with the Head of Sales.
You will earn commission based on yacht and cabin sales in your market.
