Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for the overall strategy implementation and delivery of sales revenue and execution of marketing initiatives within the core business areas of ETV including Fort George, TSW, TYW, Y&F and all future products within the assigned territory. The goal will be to achieve company objectives, maximum revenue, and visibility, while ensuring a consistent message and positioning for the brands across all channels.
The EMEA Sales Manager in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, will build a strong, market competitive EMEA sales team and provide coaching/leadership development to up and coming talent in order to support growth as well as enhancing brand equity and awareness within the European markets.
This job is based in London and ETV will not sponsor Visa applications. As such all applicants must have right to work in London. Also, interviews will be conducted in London; applicants will be expected to attend at own expense.

Your focus will be to provide support in all HR activities, office administration, corporate event organisation and planning across all products: The Yacht Week, The Ski Week, The Skipper Academy, Yachts & Friends and Fort George.

This is a 6 to 12 months Internship based in London.

The Yacht Week is looking for strong candidates who have the ability to identify and then target the up and coming trend setters within their country. They should attract both experienced and inexperienced sailors to The Yacht Week, using strategic marketing methods such as event management, sponsorship, social media, partnerships and press as well as building a team of Brand Ambassadors to promote The Yacht Week to increase brand awareness and in turn encourage bookings.
The role is truly a case of what you put in, you will get out. We expect you to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in your local country/market and keep in regular communication with the Head of Sales.
You will earn commission based on yacht sales in your market. This is paid annually.
