How do I book?

Booking for Summer Destinations 2012 Opens Dec 3th 2011
It’s easy to book a week of sailing!

1. Pick a week that you want to go (the British Virgin Islands in the spring, Croatia, Greece or turkey in the summer.

2. Check out the yachts on Yachts & Prices, click on the name of the boat on the left side to see photos and details.

3. Book a boat with friends (all bookings are full boats) – if you do not have a full boat, join our Facebook page to meet others to share a boat.

What details are needed for booking?

To make a booking we need your name, email, birth date, address and phone number.

What happens next?

When you have filled in all details, you will receive a booking confirmation, and a login will be emailed to you. You now have your own page were you can track all the payments, and invoice numbers. Your group will make the payments for the yacht according to below:

European Destinations (Croatia, Greece, Ibiza)

  • First Payment 30% within 24h
  • First Payment must be done to confirm the actual booking.

  • Second Payment 30% April 1st 2011
  • Third Payment 40% July 1st 2011
  • Carribean Destionations (BVI)

  • First Payment 30% within 24h
  • First Payment must be done to confirm the actual booking.

  • Second Payment 70% October 1st, 2010 for w52 2010, December 1st 2010 for w10,w11 2011
  • What if I cancel my booking?

    The Yacht Week is unable to provide any refund if your charter is canceled. Your travel insurance policy may allow you to reclaim any of your expenses. The Yacht Week will work with you and our yacht charter providers to recover as much of your expense as possible based on their policies, but we cannot guarantee any refund after you book your yacht.

    Can we book flights with The Yacht Week?

    The Yacht Week is not a travel provider. It is however important that you get a flight at a reasonable prices. Choose an early flight if possible. Landing before 3pm is necessary in order to check out on the same day). If you arrive late you’ll be better of leaving the marina the next morning.

    If I can’t sail but like the concept?

    What if I can’t sail but like the concept? “Everyone is welcome, whether you have sailing experience or not. Most passengers are not experienced skippers. The Yacht Week can arrange to have an experienced captain for your boat with little or no additional charge. Click here for details.     Can I pay with credit card?

    Yes, we currently accept VISA, Master Card and AMEX.
