The Famous Regatta

Do you know about The Yacht Week traditions? Like how we always end on an adrenalin infused high? The start. The finish. The final race. The spectacle of sailors fighting for first place and their share of the glory pot.

There are a few things that are just so Yacht Week. The cornerstones. The classics. Those images that linger long after you’ve left the seas. The famous Yacht Week regatta!

The regatta is a chance for you to show off how much your crew have learned about sailing and how much fun you are having. Make sure you get your skipper to train you during the week to have the best chance of winning.

All the glory will be given to the crew who:

1. Dress to Express (get costume inspo here)

2. Show serious sailing skills (teamwork onboard, a good start always helps!)

3. Vibes onboard (if you’re not having fun you’re doing it all wrong)

The winning crew will be announced toward the end of the week and rewarded with the best table at the closing party, along with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Your crew will also feature in your weeks photo album as the winning crew. Glory!
