Your options now that Ultra Europe festival has been cancelled.

Ultra has unfortunately had to cancel the Ultra Europe Festival this year and while we are all saddened, we appreciate and understand their decision. Of course, we still want to give you all a summer to remember, which is why we have been working to give you as many options as possible. So if you still want to continue the party in 2020 or save it for an Ultra-fuelled summer in 2021; we've got you.

Your options:

1. You can stay on the same week and experience the Croatia Original route, and receive a refund on your Ultra Europe tickets.

2. Move your booking to a week later on in the summer and receive a refund for your Ultra Europe ticket.

3. Keep the amount you have paid as a refund credit note and transfer your booking to 2021.

We're hyping up our floating festival line up in Croatia for Week 33 (8th-15th August 2020) where, along side WEISS, you'll be able to dance under the stars to some of your fave electronic music sounds. So if you're a music fan and still want to save your festival summer then this is the week for you!

I still want to come on the same dates, can I get a refund for my Ultra tickets?
Yes, we can refund you for the Ultra tickets and move you across to our Croatia Original route which also runs from Split. Your yacht price will stay the same!

Can I move my booking to another week in 2020?
Yes, we can refund you for the Ultra tickets and then you can pick a new route and dates. We’re offering a special DJ week on Week 33 in Croatia, where we will have headline DJs. So if you are a music fan, this is the week for you! 

I’d like to come on Ultra Route next year instead, is this possible?
Absolutely! We can swap you over to 2021 - same yacht, same week, same price. Easy! 

Can I cancel and get a full refund on my The Yacht Week booking?
We aren't able to offer full cash refunds for your trip with us, only refund credit notes. This is due to recent guidance changes from our governing board. For an explanation, please head to this letter from our CEO. We can offer a refund on the Ultra tickets on your booking and you can keep the remainder as credit to use towards a future booking!
