Itinerary

What to pack

Take a look at our packing list to know what to bring which will make your week the best!

Yacht Deposit

Lead bookers are required to pay a refundable yacht deposit (€500-€1000) This can be paid by credit card. Cabin bookers are not required to pay a yacht deposit. If your whole crew is joining the route in Saint Lucia we can organise for you to make the deposit payment in advance.

Currency

Martinique uses Euros and Saint Lucia uses either the Eastern Caribbean Dollar or USD. Most places take credit cards but it is useful to have some cash to hand. Cash machines are readily available. Please note not all places will accept American Express. Make sure you let your bank know which countries you will be travelling through to avoid your cards getting blocked.

Plug Sockets

All yachts use European 2 pins sockets.

Add your Crew

Before you arrive, make sure you have filled out your crew list. This is kinda crucial. Simply log-in to your booking and add your crew by following these steps.

Yacht Week App

The single most important guide for Yacht Week. Designed to help you navigate your trip and make sense of what you see and do, so your experience can unfold in new and interesting ways with people from around the world. You'll need the app to make table reservations, contact your Skipper & Host and view the guide to your ultimate summer lineup - so don't delay downloading! Your event will be live to view around 6 weeks before you are set to sail.

Skipper and Host

Your skipper and host will be assigned 14 days before your trip. You can link up with them via the Day8 App.  Please contact hello@theyachtweek.com if you have not been able to contact your skipper or host.

Tipping

Tipping is customary in the marine industry. So, if your skipper and host give you an amazing week which we know they will, please consider tipping them for their services.

Looking forward to seeing you all in the Caribbean sun. In the meantime if you have any questions, please contact our team.
