If you haven't already, please check in and fill out your full profile details on your Yacht Week Profile page. If forgotten then it will cause delays to your check in day and more importantly delays in you boarding your yacht!

To check in you need to fill out the following information:

  • Passport Information
  • DOB
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Email

Once all is complete, the last thing to do is press that ‘Check in’  button!

*Don't forget you will need to have at least 6 months validity on your passport to travel so don’t forget to check its expiry!

Check In Day: 🫵

All yachts will be moored at Nanny Cay Marina, head down to the marina between 3-4 pm and you should gain access to your yacht between 4-6 pm. Keep an eye out for your skippers notification! On the first night, you won’t depart the marina, so if you do need to arrive after 6pm please make sure you inform your skipper. 

Cabin Booking - Your host will have already stocked up the fridges, however you and your crew will need to head to the supermarket for drinks! 

Supplies in stores can be limited across the islands, so we advise you to stock up on all drinks you need for the week in the large supermarket in Road Town (hop in a taxi from the marina).

All good things come to an end, unfortunately! Depending on the week you are travelling the checkout date is slightly different.

Week 52 - You will get back to the marina you departed from on Thursday 4th January between 9-10 am (this may vary depending on weather conditions). We recommend booking your flight home for Friday to save any stress and delays - There are plenty of hotels/hostels in the town.

Week 1 - You will get back to the marina you departed from on Friday 12th January between 9-10 am (this may vary depending on weather conditions). We recommend booking your flight home for Saturday to save any stress and delays - There are plenty of hotels/hostels in the town.

Getting there: 🗺

Flights: ✈️

  1. Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS):
    • Location: Beef Island, near Tortola, BVI.
    • Journey to Nanny Cay Marina: Approximately 30-40 minutes by taxi.
    • Additional Transport: Taxi services are readily available at the airport.
  2. Cyril E. King Airport (STT):
    • Location: St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI).
    • Journey to Nanny Cay Marina: Take a taxi to Red Hook Ferry Terminal (approximately 15 minutes), then a ferry to Tortola (approximately 50 minutes), followed by a taxi to Nanny Cay Marina (approximately 15-20 minutes).
    • Additional Transport: Taxis and ferry services are available at the airport and terminal.
  3. V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU):
    • Location: St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda (for European travelers).
    • Journey to Nanny Cay Marina: Flights to St. Thomas or Puerto Rico, followed by connecting flights to Beef Island or ferry services.
    • Additional Transport: Taxis, ferries, and connecting flights are available based on the chosen route.

It's essential for guests to plan their arrival based on flight availability and connections. Transportation from the airports to Nanny Cay Marina is typically accessible through taxi services. For guests arriving at Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, the additional ferry journey to Tortola adds a unique travel experience before reaching the final destination.

Security Deposit: 💳

The charter companies require payment of a refundable deposit on your first day. Log in to your booking to see your yacht security deposit amount. Insurance papers should be stored with the yacht documents and should be safe on board the yacht.

Full yacht booking, credit card is the best way to pay the yacht security deposit and this can be split onto a maximum of 2 cards or you can pay with cash.

When the yacht is returned it will be checked and, if everything is in order, the yacht security deposit will be refunded.

Covid Restrictions: 

There are currently no COVID restrictions regarding entry to Croatia.

Visas & Passports:

All travelers will need a passport valid for at least 6 months following your departure date from Croatia. Make sure your passport has blank Visa pages. Check for Visa requirements for all nationalities.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance can provide valuable protection and peace of mind when you’re traveling.
