  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Email

Once all is complete, the last thing to do is press that ā€˜Check inā€™  button!

Check In Day: šŸ«µ

The day has finally arrived! You can smell the exclusive parties and a week of sun!

Your skipper will be in touch with you and the crew regarding when your yacht will be ready. Check in will be onboard your yacht with The Yacht Week Event Staff.

Please be in contact with your skipper on Saturday to learn when your yacht is ready. You should have access to your yacht between 4-6pm, your skipper will let you know what marina your yacht will be docked at (ACI Split Marina, Kastela Marina, SCT Trogir Marina, ACI Trogir Marina and Baotic Marina).

Please be advised delays can occur as the yacht is being cleaned and prepared after the previous weekā€™s charter. The Yacht Week is not responsible for any delays to your yacht but we will do our best to work with the charter companies to get you your yacht as early as possible.

While waiting for check in, we advise you, your crew and host (if you have one included) to head to the supermarket to collect your provisions for the week. There are small shops on the islands but they can be expensive, so we recommend you to stock up on the mainland! For ACI Split Marina, Kastela Marina, SCT Trogir Marina and ACI Trogir Marina there is a supermarket at walking distance from the marina. For those who are moored at Baotic Marina there is a supermarket in Trogir Town which is only a 5 minutes taxi ride from the marina.

For those without a host, we recommend shopping close to the marina. The team onsite will be able to direct you to the nearest supermarket.

Once you are on board The Yacht Week team will come to your yacht to say hi and give you your official TYW wristband. On your first night, you wonā€™t leave the marina, so late arrivals make your skipper aware in advance.

Check out: šŸ‘Ž

You will get back to the marina you departed from on Friday between the hours 1-3pm, the charter company will come onto the yacht to do a check before you leave and you will receive your deposit back provided that no damages have occurred. You will need to depart the yacht at 5pm on Friday.

Please note that this could vary depending on weather conditions or if you would like to head back early to catch a flight.

*We recommend booking your flight home for Saturday to save any stress and delays. There are plenty of hotels/hostels in the town.
