Check In Day: 🫵

The day has finally arrived! You can smell the exclusive parties and a week of sun!

Your skipper will be in touch with you and the crew regarding when your yacht will be ready. Check in will be onboard your yacht with The Yacht Week Event Staff.

Please be in contact with your skipper on Saturday to learn when your yacht is ready. You should have access to your yacht between 4-6pm, your skipper will let you know what marina your yacht will be docked at. We depart from various marinas in Turkey while they are all within walking distance of each other, they are all located in the town of Gocek. Fethiye marina is a 45 minute drive from the airport.

Please be advised delays can occur as the yacht is being cleaned and prepared after the previous week’s charter. The Yacht Week is not responsible for any delays to your yacht but we will do our best to work with the charter companies to get you your yacht as early as possible.

Check out: 👎

You will get back to the marina on Friday between the hours 1-3pm, the charter company will come onto the yacht to do a check before you leave. you will receive your deposit back provided that no damages have occurred (if you chose the €500 refundable deposit options). You will need to depart the yacht at 5pm on Friday.

Please note that this could vary depending on weather conditions or if you would like to head back early to catch a flight.

*We recommend booking your flight home for Saturday to save any stress and delays. There are plenty of hotels/hostels in the town.

Getting there: 🗺

Flights: ✈️

Dalaman International Airport is the closest airport to all the marinas on the Turkey route.

Getting there:

Fly to Dalaman Airport (DLM) via Istanbul Airport (IST) and then it's a short taxi ride to your marina.

We recommend using a search engine to find the best flights:

Expedia

Ferry from Greece:

You can also fly to Rhodes (RHO) in Greece and take a short ferry across to Fethiye.

Ferryhopper

Getting to your marina:

Please check on your booking profile to find your check-in marina. We are operating out of Yacht Classic Hotel, ECE marinas in Fethiye and Gocek marina.

From Dalaman Airport:

Take a 60 minute taxi from Dalaman airport to Fethiye Marinas (Yacht Classic Hotel and ECE) and a 30 minute taxi to Gocek. Prices are around $75 per taxi to Fethiye and $40 to Gocek.

From Fethiye Ferry Port:

Take a 45 minute taxi to Gocek marina or walk 10 minutes to the Yacht Classic Hotel and ECE marinas in Fethiye.
