Payment Options and Card Fees at The Yacht Week

When it comes to making payments for your trip with The Yacht Week, you'll be pleased to know that we offer three flexible payment options to suit all preferences. Whether you and your group prefer to pay in three instalments, monthly instalments, or upfront in full, we've got you covered. Here's a summary of each payment option:

Pay in Three:

Our "Pay in Three" option allows you to spread out your payments into three manageable instalments which are a 10% deposit, 30% thirty days later and a final payment of 60% no earlier than 90 days before departure. This option provides a convenient way to divide the total cost of your Yacht Week adventure, making it easier on your wallet. Simply make the initial deposit, followed by two additional payments according to the specified schedule, and you'll be all set for your week on the water. This payment type is the best option if you and your crew want to make your own payments.  

Direct Debit Monthly Instalments:

For those who prefer a more extended payment plan, our "Direct Debit Monthly Instalments" option offers the flexibility to pay over several months. Simply select this option during the booking process, and you'll be able to divide the total cost into equal monthly payments. This allows you to budget and plan accordingly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free payment experience. Please note this option can only be applied to one main credit card at the start of the booking process and instalments are calculated depending on how far from departure you are. This option is not available when the departure is within 90 days. 

Pay in Full:

If you prefer to have your payments settled upfront and avoid any future instalments, our "Pay in Full" option is the way to go. By paying for your Yacht Week adventure in full, you can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that your trip is all paid up and you can just focus on getting ready for the trip of a lifetime. Choosing this options means you and your group can avoid any potential card fees if you reside outside of the UK!

Card Fees for all Payments outside of the UK:

For our Pay in Three and Monthly Instalments please be aware that when making payments outside of the UK for your Yacht Week adventure, credit card fees may apply to all transactions. Payments made outside the UK include a 2% charge, which is added to the transaction amount. These fees are meant to cover currency conversion and international transaction processing.

Want to Avoid Fees? Pay in Full Option:

For a fee-free payment experience, you can choose to "Pay in Full". By selecting this option, you have the opportunity to settle the entire payment upfront, and here's the best part: we'll cover the 2% card fees for you! This means you can avoid these fees and enjoy a hassle-free payment process.

Whichever payment option you choose, our goal is to make the payment process as convenient and transparent as possible. Simply select your preferred option during the booking process and follow the provided instructions to complete your payments securely. Specific details regarding payment deadlines, amounts, and schedules will be outlined during the booking process.
