European Travel Ventures is the company behind The Yacht Week; it started in 2006 and has taken onboard more than 50 000 guests from over 100 countries. Now we have 4 different products where The Ski Week is our second biggest event, bringing people together from all over the world in skiers paradises.

We are looking for a partnership superstar to join our growing Sales and Marketing team at our head office in London, UK.

As a core member of the Sales and Marketing team you will be heading up the partner and sponsorship efforts across the brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, your efforts will be geared towards crafting a world-class partnership offering and establishing relationships with the coolest companies and brands out there. More specifically, your mission is to find, approach and convince brands that can either add value to our events with their product or add value to our our bottom line with their budgets. Having said that, we want to do deals where our partners are just as happy as us, so in return you will be helping them to activate their brand/product in our incredibly strong and engaged millennial community in whatever way will maximise the value for their business.

This is a mid-level role which will require both high-level strategic thinking and structuring of deals as well as the ability to roll-up your sleeves and chase leads. Your follow-up, grit and tenacity should be second only to your charm and genuine interest in meeting new people. For the first year this will be an autonomous role to a large extent, however, when you’ve proved the value of what you do to the business our aim would be for you to build a team around you.

RESPONSIBILITIES (The Yacht Week and The Ski Week)

  • Secure multiple high value partnerships for both brands.
  • Structure partnership offering, packages and proposal.
  • Create visually appealing and convincing partnership presentations.
  • Set-up and own full pipeline from lead-generation to conversion to retention.
  • Oversee execution of partnerships to ensure success and establish long-term relationships.
  • Work with the product team to identify and secure key strategic partnerships for product enhancement.


  • 3-5 years experience in sponsorship/partnership work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Comfortable with financial budgets and proposals.
  • Superior negotiation skills.
  • Very high ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Experience of driving sales processes from A to Z.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Availability and keen interest to travel.
  • Other languages proficiency is a plus but not necessary.

We do not to sponsor Visa applications. As such all applicants must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Interviews will be conducted in London and applicants will be expected to attend at own expense.


The role will start as soon as a successful candidate is identified. You will be based in The Yacht Week office in London.
