Our very first voluntourism opportunity has arrived! Jump on board; assist with large-scale seabed and beach cleanups, help fund the very first Marine Litter Recycling Station in the Saronic Gulf, and learn from experts and guest lectures joining you on this trip, all the while taking advantage of The Yacht Week’s FUNdamental principles of making new friends in some of the world’s most beautiful locations aboard your very own sailing yacht.
Revive Week is a one-of-a-kind voluntourism holiday for all ages and all levels of experience. Your participation will have an immediate impact on the environment, a long lasting impact through the prototype recycling center, and will offer you an opportunity to learn and make new friends. This is also an excellent opportunity for divers looking to plunge into the Greek waters and give back. Non-divers and divers welcome.

“Awareness of the damage from plastic in our seas and beaches does not solve the problem. When I saw a beautiful bay in Poros littered with trash, I decided to do something about it. Teamwork makes most jobs easier and enjoyable and so it was with the beach clean-up. ”
“As sailors and lovers of the sea...we need to do our best to help fight against the increase in plastic pollution on beaches and in oceans. Cleaning Poros Bay in Greece this summer was super cool but also sad... thanks to teamwork we cleaned quite a lot of the beach in just one hour.”
“Enjoying the breathtaking natural beauty of Greece while putting in the work to preserve it with other like-minded people is truly a life changing experience. I built friendships, felt useful and fulfilled, and soaked in every last bit of those magical sunsets.”

This year Aegean Rebreath will lead “Revive Week” with port dives, reef dives, ghost net removals, and beach clean ups. Read about their mission to help spark positive change.
Aegean Rebreath is an incredible Greek grassroots-led organization, founded by a group of divers who started helping out small fishing ports and reefs to clean the sea bed. They soon grew into a much larger organization of volunteers conducting mass beach clean ups and diving operations with funding from the European institutions and other Greek foundations.
