Travelling to Martinique

Martinique is part of the Windward Islands and sits at the extreme eastern edge of the Caribbean. It's a French overseas territory with a thriving and well developed tourist industry. There are good connections to the US and to Europe.

Flights

Direct flights to Airport Martinique Aimé Césaire (FDF) are available from from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and New York JFK. From Europe direct flighst are available from Paris, London and Amsterdam. If you cannot find a direct flight, good connections are available through St Lucia, French Guyana and St Martin. We recommend using a search engine to find the best flights:

Expedia – www.expedia.com

SkyScanner – www.skyscanner.com

Visas

Most nationalities do not need a visa to visit either Martinique or St Lucia. As we will be travelling between the two countries, make sure you have 6 months left on your passport and some pages free. For specific visa requirements we recommend using VisaHQ to find out if you require any visas to enter the country - www.visahq.co.uk

Getting to your marina

From Airport Martinique Aimé Césaire (FDF) to Marina du Marin

Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the airport. The journey to the marina takes around 35 mins and costs €50 for a 4 person taxi.
