Win a Cabin on The Yacht Week Croatia + Flights to and from Sweden

1. Promoter
   • The competition is promoted by Day 8 Experiences Ltd, trading as The Yacht Week (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
   • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   • Entrants must be legally permitted to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.
3. How to Enter
   • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
   • To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form during the promotional period.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries allowed for promotional email opt-in.
4. Competition Period
   • The competition opens on 19.12.2025 and closes at 30.12.2025 (“Competition Period”).
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. The Prize
   • The prize consists of:
     • One cabin on a selected The Yacht Week Croatia route (shared or private cabin, at the Promoter’s discretion).
     • Return economy flights for up to two people to and from Sweden (departure airport selected by the Promoter).
   • The prize does not include:
     • Food, drinks, provisioning, or onboard expenses
     • Local taxes, tourist fees, or destination extras
     • Travel insurance
     • Transfers to/from the departure marina
     • Any optional activities or upgrades
6. Prize Conditions
   • The prize is valid only for selected Yacht Week dates in [YEAR], subject to availability.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
   • Flights will be booked by the Promoter and cannot be changed once confirmed.
   • Winners are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel, visa, and health requirements.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within [X] days of the competition closing.
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry.
   • If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
   • By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the competition and related marketing where consent has been given.
10. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
