Since we sailed with our first group of grad school friends, MBA Yacht Week has been a yearly tradition for us. We’re seasoned sea creatures and sharing Yacht Week with your class brings its own kind of energy… equal parts social and unforgettable.
There’s more freedom when you’re out at sea. You can allow yourself to be more carefree. Forget your thesis for seven days. Soak up the sun and the ocean, and spend quality time with your friends. It’s guaranteed to be life-changing.
7 sailing days in Europe with your MBA cohort… Here’s what it looks like.
Our MBA guests sail in groups across curated routes that give you a unique taste of the ocean and the thriving Croatian and Greek communities surrounding it.
At designated stops, our yachts raft up to form our signature Circle Raft. Your cohort can dive into this communal protected space. The sea becomes your safe space, where you enjoy the ocean and each other’s company. Just let the vibe take it from there.

How big is the group? Anywhere from 40 to 200, or as big as your holiday cohort gets.
You can choose from two established routes: Croatia (Split–Hvar–Vis) and Greece (Saronic)
Our Croatia route starts in the mainland city of Split. From here, we make our way to Hvar, known for its turquoise waters, lively beaches, and fun nightlife. Perhaps we can do pit stops at Pakleni Islands and other nearby islets.

Then, we head off to the more secluded Vis, which is famous for its white sand beaches, sea caves, and ancient ruins. And yes, the local wine does tend to make an appearance.
Our Greece (Saronic) route is more laidback, as calm as the seas we sail through. Here we are sheltered by the gulf as we explore key stops, such as the islands of Ermioni, Poros, and Hydra. We make our way to mainland locations too, such as Athens Riviera.

Your Greece vacation is filled with charming villages and port stops, beautiful bays, and ancient ruins. It feels less hurried and more about chilling with your best mates!
Of course, it’s not just about following our established route, your organisers can also come up with case challenges and workshop blocks. Heck, you can even invite a sponsor.
Just talk to us and we’ll make it happen.
Block off a summer’s week, from late May to June, and early September 2026. Sailing in Europe peaks around July to August. Our MBA Yacht Week dates are timed to make sure you can find cheaper flight pricing, and less crowded beaches and warmer waters.
It’s anywhere between €900 to €2,500, plus additional/shared on-trip costs. The shared “cash-kitty” will typically include:
For lowered costs, choose monohulls over cats. It also pays to get more people to join your Yacht Week. 10 participants would definitely mean less cost per person. If you have a trip sponsor, that helps too!
Your elected treasurer can pay for the group or we can agree on staged payments. Need the details? Get in touch with us!
Join the crew and you’re in good company:

It’s really just more fun! 7 days of sailing along, swimming, and socialising with several groups of like-minded individuals!
If you’re organising your class’ Yacht Week, it’s easier for you too! We can easily scale up or down, depending on your confirmed participants. Everything’s split evenly and the budgeting is transparent.
You navigate the ocean with our licensed skippers. We also make sure there are yacht/night protocols in place. Daily safety briefings are SOPs.
Considering another sailing option for your cohort? We did the research for you so you don’t have to!
| Option | Networking quality | Flexibility | Risk & ops | Typical pp cost | Best for | Trade-offs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Curated flotilla (skippered) | Very high (multi-boat socials, shared docks) | High (daily swim + town choice) | Operator SOPs, route control, raft rules | €900–€2,500 | 40–200+ pax cohorts; alumni trips | Compact cabins; light provisioning |
| DIY private charters (many boats) | Medium (boats siloed) | Very high (if well led) | Club bears coordination/risk; variable skipper quality | €1,200–€2,800 | Small, experienced clubs | High logistics burden; uneven experience |
| Small-ship cruise (40–150 pax) | Medium (single vessel) | Medium (fixed schedule) | Stable ops; hotel-like cabins | €1,200–€3,000 | Comfort-first alumni | Less swim time; fewer peer-mix moments |
| Land tour + day boats | Low–medium | Low–medium (timetables) | Low marine risk; tour vendor SOPs | €900–€1,800 | Off-season budgets | Time lost in transit; little on-water feel |
Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us for Yacht Week:
Start your day with breakfast on the boat. We’ll then do two to four hours of cruising, exploring islands, swimming, and making interesting stops.
We make it to the harbour by late afternoon. Here, you can program in your group agenda. A workshop maybe? Or evening socials with your cohort?
Or you can just decide to schedule this as your personal time. Explore the town. Visit the local pubs and cafes. A nighttime protocol is in place to make sure everyone stays safe.

Once you’re ready to call it a night, head back to the boat… to your assigned cabins. Since we’re on a yacht, expect compact yet comfortable quarters. There may be some movement at night, depending on the sea and weather’s temperament. So, if you haven’t found your sea legs yet, have anti-motion sickness meds with you!
Can we cap the vibe to keep it brand-safe?
Yes. Pick calmer weeks/routes and set cohort-wide etiquette. You can also ask for a Yacht Week host to come with you on your trip. They help keep things organised so you can focus on the fun.
Can we run workshops without losing the trip feel?
Yes. Use harbor afternoons for 60–90 min sessions with your cohort.
How do we handle mixed solo/couple/group demand?
Use a mix of cabin shares and full-yacht bookings. Assign boats by club privacy needs.
Will we get invoices and a single point of contact?
Yes. You get a central contract, invoicing, and one coordinator for the cohort.
What about seasickness or non-swimmers?
Choose calmer routes (Saronic) and assign swim buddies. We also do daily safety briefings.
If this feels like your kind of week, you already know what to do. We’ve got limited slots for Yacht Week 2026 so get organised and let's get going.
