Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix lead the line-up before the fleet even leaves the marina

Daily Star's take on this one is refreshingly straightforward: Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix are playing, then you get on a boat. Showbiz reporter Carly Hacon lays out the Yacht Week x Ultra Europe collaboration exactly how you'd want it explained at a party, who's headlining, what it costs, how many people are going, and skips straight past the usual "picture yourself" preamble.

What Daily Star Covered

The pitch, as Hacon tells it: two VIP days at Ultra Europe's Park Mladeži stage in Split, with Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix and Dom Dolla on the bill, and then the festival simply doesn't stop, it just changes vehicles. The fleet leaves Split on 11 July and spends the week working its way to Hvar, Bol and Vis, which is either the most logical festival afterparty ever invented or a fairly elegant excuse to keep the party going for another week. Possibly both.

She doesn't undersell the specifics either: a regatta day, the tunnel raft party, and a night each at Carpe Diem Beach and Fort George in Vis, a fortress that's clearly become the route's signature closer. More than 500 guests are expected, and the Ultra Europe package starts from £887 per person, numbers that do more to sell the scale of this than any adjective could.

She rounds it off by placing the whole thing inside Yacht Week's bigger 2026 anniversary season, which also covers Greece, Sicily, Thailand, Mexico and French Polynesia, in case Croatia in July wasn't already enough to be getting on with.
