Recognising the significance of flexibility for our customers, we've designed our booking options to be incredibly flexible for any 2026 booking. This ensures you have the freedom to make adjustments with ease, providing peace of mind and eliminating concerns about missing out on the perfect experience.

By Booking Type

Category Yachts

Guests who have made a Category Yacht booking can swap their dates* without any fees until the 31st December 2025. Guests can chose a new date on their chosen destination throughout 2026. Please note that if you swap to a date at a different price, the higher trip price will apply. If guests wish to make a change after this date then additional fees may apply. *subject to availability

Cabin Bookings

Guests who have made a cabin booking can swap their dates* without any fees up until 90 days before the trip. Guests can chose a new date in their chosen destination throughout 2026. Please note that if you swap to a date at a different price, the higher trip price will apply. If guests wish to make a change after this date then additional fees may apply. *subject to availability

Custom Yachts

Guests who have made a Custom Yacht booking can request to switch their dates*, however please note that fees will likely apply. *subject to availability

On all bookings

Fully transferable spots

Guests are able to transfer their spot to another traveller without any fees at any time. Our Crew Finder tool is a great way to find new guests to join your group or replace a crew member.

24 hour free cancellation

All our bookings have a 24 hour window from the time of booking where you can cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made, no questions asked!
