Yacht Week is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our event team as an event coordinator! This is your opportunity to visit some of the world’s most iconic sailing destinations while learning the ropes of events management and production.
You get direct experience working behind the scenes at Yacht Week. So, you have to be interested in event management, production, and live operations. The setting is active and fast-paced so you need to be up for the challenge!
As Yacht Week’s event coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of official Yacht Week events throughout the week. You will work closely with Event Managers, hosts, venue teams, and the production staff to ensure events run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
This is an internship-style role focused on practical experience and learning through participation. We require a minimum commitment of one month.
You will assist with daily event operations, including venue setup, coordination with local partners, guest flow, and on-site support during events. You are expected to follow schedules, communicate clearly with the team, and adapt quickly to changing situations. Professional conduct, responsibility, and the ability to work long days in a dynamic environment are essential.
Your flexibility, stamina and a strong sense of teamwork are crucial! Days can be long and schedules may change. You are expected to take initiative when needed, support your team, and maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the week.

Yacht Week typically runs from Saturday to Friday. Saturday focuses on arrivals and preparation. Sunday through Thursday include daily sailing logistics, beach clubs, and night events. Friday concludes with final events and departures. The exact event schedules vary depending on location and operational needs.
Our event crew works across a variety of venues depending on destination. These include beach clubs, open-air island locations, sailing routes, and partner venues in Croatia, Greece, Italy and other Yacht Week destinations. Exact venues vary by week.

You sail with us to some of the best coastal locations in the world. Enjoy full board, with accommodation in a shared double or bunk bed yacht cabin, all sailing week meals, and drinks at official venues. Team members will also receive official Yacht Week merchandise.
This is a paid internship. You also get a fixed amount to cover your travel costs.
Depending on the destination, event crewmembers should travel to the appropriate arrival airport through their own means.
