As Staff Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the full staff lifecycle — from recruitment and selection to coordination, administration and ongoing support. You ensure that every operational role is properly contracted, scheduled, aligned, and supported throughout the season.

This is a paid position suited to individuals with experience in HR, recruitment, administration or operations coordination. You need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across departments.

Your mission

As a Yacht Week Staff Coordinator, you oversee the recruitment and administrative management of operational teams, including Event Managers, Guest Experience Managers, Event Coordinators, and other seasonal roles.

You manage interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring that the right people are placed in the right roles. You are responsible for contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate staff records throughout the season.

You coordinate travel arrangements, arrival schedules and flight logistics for operational staff, ensuring smooth transitions into each sailing week.

You also work closely with internal departments, particularly Finance and senior stakeholders, to ensure salaries, invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate

Working at Yacht Week requires structure, reliability and strong organisational skills. While operational teams are active on the ground across different destinations, you ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a remote position. You will coordinate teams, contracts, and financial processes from a structured work environment, staying closely connected with both staff and management through clear and consistent communication.

You will work directly with leadership and operational teams to make sure recruitment, documentation and staff payments are organised, accurate and delivered on time throughout the season.

Your weekly schedule

The workload follows the operational calendar, with peak activity aligned with seasonal departures and recruitment cycles. During the high season, coordination intensity increases in line with team rotations and operational demand.
