ULTRA Europe, the iconic electronic music festival set in Croatia's stunning Split, has just dropped it's 'Phase 2' line-up with its second wave of incredible headline acts for this summer! We can't wait for the full 2020 line-up to be announced, with details about the key acts released in one more phase in May for the festival on 10-12 July 2020. Armin van Buuren

The biggest name in EDM's trance movement, Dutch DJ van Buuren will be returning to ULTRA Europe's Main Stage to drop one hell of a headliner set, complete with show-stopping fireworks. With platinum award-winning tracks like This Is What It Feels Like (featuring Trevor Guthrie) and a host of prestigious festival slots under his belt, van Buuren has become one of the world's most sort-after EDM DJs. Since 2001, van Buuren has hosted a weekly radio show, A State of Trance, which propelled him to stardom. Now broadcast in 84 countries, it attracts a dedicated following of some 40 million listeners and saw him win Best Podcast/Radio Show at the 2019 International Dance Music Awards.

Marshmello

The mysterious man in the puffy white mask will return to ULTRA Europe once again, after his iconic 2018 slot which saw him open his set with a Croatian football anthem. The American electronic music producer and DJ, whose moniker alludes to his music’s mellow feel, has had crossover hits with songs such as Happier (with Bastille) and Wolves (with Selena Gomez) and was featured on the front cover of Forbes magazine for their 30 Under 30 list for 2019. His popular YouTube series, Cooking With Marshmello, averages 250 million views and 1.4 million new subscribers every month, making him a surprise foodie sensation in addition to being one of the top international DJs.

Charlotte de Witte

This 27-year-old producer, label-owner and DJ phenomenon has had a meteoric rise since opening the main stage at Tomorrowland the day after her 18th birthday. Since then, Belgian-born de Witt has become one of the most sought-after names in electronic music, winning Best Techno at the DJ Awards in 2019. Originally performing under the alias Raving George, de Witt is best known for her dark and stripped-back brand of techno whose festival sets have become streaming successes.

DJ Snake

The Grammy-nominated French DJ, record producer and music programmer is back at ULTRA Europe once again to hit his headline slot. Showcasing his stadium-smashing records, such as Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber) and Lean On (with Major Lazer featuring MØ), DJ Snake draws on a range of influences from house, bass, dancehall, tropical and dubstep. His name originates from his early days as a graffiti artist in Paris, where his sneaky ways meant he consistently avoided the police. Snake has also produced a surprising number of pop hits, including Lady Gaga's Applause.

Steve Aoki

The cake-throwing, Grammy-nominated musician, DJ and record producer is one of the most sought-after headliners on the international festival circuit. His Billboard-charting studio albums, undulating basslines and onstage theatrics make him a must-see for any EDM lover. He is also a trailblazer in music, fashion and lifestyle industries, having founded his record label and clothing brand, Dim Mak (named after his childhood hero, Bruce Lee), in 1996. Aoki has collaborated with everyone from Linkin Park to 2 Chainz and Louis Tomlinson (of One Direction fame) on the American DJs impressive back-catalogue of singles.

Above & Beyond

This legendary production and DJ group are renowned for writing incredible songs, producing iconic remixes and rocking every festival they headline. This is an enviable feat - it's rare that any act can do all three so well - but this trio has serious experience under their belts. A&B formed in 2000 when Jono Grant and Paavo Siljamäk met at university, started the trance label Anjunabeats, and then collaborated with Tony McGuinness on the phenomenally successful track Home. In the two decades since then, together they have consistently ranked among DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs poll, produced remixes for performers like Madonna and Dido and created the popular radio show Group Therapy Radio.

David Guetta

The energetic French DJ, music programmer, record producer and songwriter is well-known for his countless chart-topping, dance-pop hit singles, which have sold more than 30 million copies worldwide. His 2013 single featuring Kelly Rowland, When Love Takes Over, was even crowned as the number one dance-pop collaboration of all time by Billboard. Known as the 'grandfather of EDM' (he recently turned 52), Guetta, he a pioneer of French house in the early 90s before starting his notorious Ibiza party, F*ck Me I'm Famous, whose compilation mixes each summer established him as the DJ to watch. Yet, it wasn't until he returned to his first love, making music, that he hit international fame, and is now known as the man behind tracks like Where Them Girls At (featuring Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj) and Titanium (featuring Sia).

Galantis

If you're yet to experience the Swedish electro-pop duo Galantis, you're definitely familiar with their work. Christian Karlsson co-wrote the Britney Spears single Toxic (which earnt him a Grammy for Best Dance Recording) and Linus Eklöw co-wrote and produced Icona Pop's I Love It (featuring Charli XCX). Together, they've created an impressive catalogue of sultry, vocal-driven anthems, such as the multi-platinum Runaway (U & I) and Peanut Butter Jelly.

Afrojack

A mainstay of ULTRA's many festivals across the globe, the Dutch DJ Afrojack returns to Croatia next summer to drop yet another high-octane, hands-in-the-air set. He launched onto the global dance music scene from seemingly out of nowhere in 2011 with Take Over Control(featuring Eva Simons) - an instant club hit, which went platinum in the US. Since then he has co-written tracks like Titanium (featuring Sia) for fellow ULTRA Europe headliner David Guetta and Run The World (Girls) for Beyonce.

Pendulum Trinity

Since storming the drum and bass scene nearly two decades ago, this Australian band have become one of the biggest names in the genre. Having recently reformed they will be making their ULTRA Europe debut next summer with a brand new live show.

Richie Hawtin 

The British-Canadian DJ create his own uniquely minimal but highly danceable techno sound. Synonymous with Detriot's influential scene from the early 90s, his electro house mixes have made Hawtin an authority on the underground sounds.

Adam Beyer

This Stockholm-based producer/DJ is a long-serving techno legend who has risen from the Swedish underground scene to the height of global club culture. He's released four albums, headlined many festivals and featured seven times on DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs poll (peaking in 2019 at #48).

Joseph Capriati

One of techno's most in-demand headliners, Capriati first turned his hand at DJing aged only 11 in his home town of Caserta, in the south of Italy. He's most well-known for mixing Fabric London's 80th edition release, to universal acclaim from both fans and critics alike.

Maceo Plex

Cuban-American DJ, producer and DJ Awards winner, Eric Estornel goes by many monikers: Maetrik, Mariel ito, and Maceo Plex. An Ibiza and Miami clubbing mainstay, Plex is renowned for playing festivals and clubs around the world under any one of his different aliases.

Marco Carola

Famed for his impressively active style of mixing, featuring three-decks and a multi-hour set that always takes you on a journey, Carola is one of the most respected artists on the techno scene. Originally from Naples, this Italian DJ has established himself as the global ambassador of techno in his 20+ years.

Oliver Heldens

Having been signed by Spinnin’ Records (the most renowned label in dance music) at the tender age of 17, this Dutch DJ has achieved an insane amount in the past eight years. His track Gecko reached the #1 spot in the UK chart and remained in the top 5 for six consecutive weeks, attracting the attention of the legendary Tiësto.

Vini Vici

Hailing from Afula in Israel, Aviram Saharai and Matan Kadosh have been dominating the psytrance scene as Vini Vici since 2013. Their album Future Classics featured tracks such as The Tribe, which has been streamed an incredible 11 million times on Spotify. They have recently set up their own label, Alteza Records, to support other psytrance artists and did their own stage takeover at Tomorrowland in 2019.
