A bit about us

We are a small team of people who appreciate humour, good food, great people and of course travel. Not to mention a passion for an experience that we believe really is the best in the business; The Yacht Week.

Yet another Zimbabwean. Barry's strengths lie in hospitality, holidays and brewing. Favourite thing about the office: the dress-code, or lack of it.

Director of People & Culture

Another South African to add to the team - Alice has grown up sailing and being on the water in destinations around the globe. She can't live without regular sunshine and is notorious for being more likely to have champagne in the fridge than milk for tea!

People & Culture Coordinator

Meet Kiera, she has a love for outdoor sports and has an undeniable passion for chocolate. Luckily there's always snacks in the office and plenty of outdoor activities to get involved in!

Director of Growth and Brand

Another African to add to our team, Nik was born in Malawi and has visited over 30 countries.

Marketing and Channels Manager

Ella is notorious for always being too hot or too cold; there is no in between. Her fave thing about the office is all the tunes (because they're generally all hers).

Analyst and Paid Media Strategist

Stephen loves data so much he even dreams about it, so it's no surprise that well-ordered datasets is also what inspires him. His fave thing about the office: the occasional appearance of ABBA on the Sonos.

Head of Brand and Partnerships

A Croatian with a love for salt & vinegar chips and riding the bus. Inspired by: people, different perspectives, travel and the moon.

Marketing Executive

Nnenna is notorious for always finding and sharing new music so we can't wait to get her on the office sonos.

Commercial Director

Lyds is notorious for: not knowing a "normal" pasta size portion. Her desert island item is SPF50.

Commercial Executive

Marcus is notorious for hating cheese... yes, you read that right - we judge him too.

Head of Sales & Customer Service

Want to know your future? Emma will whip out her tarot cards and tell you all. And what would her desert island be? Tarot cards to see if she'll survive... makes sense.

Senior Sales Executive

Tommy is most notorious for terrible, terrible content. And also being very loud. It's lucky he works in sales then.

Customer Service Executive

Besides the obvious fact that Claudia loves traveling, she used to live in Amsterdam, and I used to be a dancer when she was 18. Can't wait for you to bust out those moves on the dance floor.

Customer Success Executive

Georgia is notorious for always being spontaneous and never staying still, and her always smiley face around the office keeps everyone is a good mood.

Find Paul being quiet in the corner, soaking up the chilled vibes whilst managing our finances. Give Paul a beer and out comes the lad.

Finance Manager

Looks like Lara Croft. Plays handball like her too. Find her on the dance floor.

Financial Controller

Jake is attempting to learn Spanish (not doing so great), but has successfully gotten hold of the tickets to Glastonbury this year, and we take this as a much bigger achievement than anything else.

Kym is a true worldly citizen, being Balinese, Italian and English! She went to drama school and one of her first acting jobs was appearing on the Disney Channel!

Finance Assistant

Renee is our self-proclaimed lyrical genius who proudly declares to know every word to every song ever written! This is regularly tested whilst we're listening to our office tunes!

Events Director

Kes is inspired by travel, which is lucky for us. He is notorious for walking very, very slowly - so make sure you don't get stuck behind him.

Head of Operations

Viki can speak English, Greek and French! She is notorious for always giggling and is inspired by nature.

Head of Entertainment & business Development Coordinator

Our resident Australian Tom is notorious for his marvel comics obsession. His desert island item would be an ipad with all seasons of Scrubs on it.

Frontend Developer

Billy is a simple guy enjoying simple pleasures in life like desserts and Rocky movies. As a bonus, he can play a guitar. The bad news is that he's not very good at it.

Marketing Executive

Meet Chloe, the Aperol aficionado who knows how to appreciate the simple pleasures in life. Her love for this classic Italian aperitif is infectious, and she'll be sure to convert even the biggest skeptics into Aperol enthusiasts.

Lead Web Developer

Ondrej's desert island item would be an emergency GPS watch so that he can be rescued - can you tell he works in tech?
