Spoiler alert... The Yacht Week is not all sailing, day parties and drinking champagne. 

Those things are great, obviously. But we all crave something a little more satisfying for the mind body and soul whilst on holiday. We host free seaside yoga sessions for all our guests in the British Virgin Islands and Croatia. It's a chance to slow down, breathe and take in the beauty of our surroundings. 

Did you know? Yoga is thought to be especially beneficial as a hangover panacea because it is noted to release toxins, improve circulation, and aid the digestion process. Not only is it the ultimate wind down and reflection time, it will also help cure that headache!

 

 

These classes will get you feeling blissfully amazing and ‘in the zone’ for the day. Emphasising a skilful balance of doing and not doing, of effort and relaxation – this magical place where ultimate zen occurs.

Our fabulous yoga instructor, Charlie Morgan, shares her thoughts on teaching at our British Virgin Islands event:

 

Teaching yoga for @theyachtweek can be pretty hit and miss, but I'm always up for the challenge! Despite yesterday's raft party, which carried on into the early hours, I still managed to pick up 40 guests for early morning yoga this morning! I love nothing more than sharing yoga with those who may not have discovered it otherwise! A balanced life, is the best life.
